Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 22, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Sebring SEO ("Sebring SEO," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit SebringSEO.com (www.sebringseo.com) (the "Site"), contact us, request information, or otherwise interact with our digital-marketing and SEO services. Sebring SEO is a local digital-marketing and SEO agency based in Highlands County, Florida, serving clients in Highlands, Polk, Hardee, and Hendry counties and across the United States. By using the Site or providing us with your information, you agree to the practices described in this Policy.
Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of information:
- Information you provide to us. When you fill out a form, request a consultation, opt in to messaging, use our website chat widget, book an appointment, or otherwise contact us, you may give us your name, email address, phone number, business name, and the content of any messages you send us.
- Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our analytics providers automatically collect standard usage and device data such as your IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, referring pages, and the dates and times of your visits. This information is gathered through cookies and similar tracking technologies.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to your inquiries, requests, and messages, including chat and form submissions.
- Provide, operate, and improve our digital-marketing and SEO services.
- Schedule and confirm appointments and consultations.
- Send you appointment, service, and account notifications, and—with your consent—marketing communications by call, text message, or email.
- Understand how visitors use the Site, measure performance, and improve our content and user experience.
- Protect the Site, prevent fraud or abuse, and comply with our legal obligations.
SMS / Text Messaging Program
With your consent, Sebring SEO may send you calls and text (SMS) messages relating to appointments, service updates, account notifications, and marketing offers. This section describes how our text-messaging program works.
- How we collect your number and consent. We collect your mobile phone number and consent when you provide your number to us, submit a form on the Site that includes an SMS opt-in (for example, an unchecked SMS consent checkbox displayed alongside links to this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Service), opt in through our website chat widget, or otherwise affirmatively give us your number and agree to be contacted by text. The SMS data we collect for the program includes your mobile phone number, your name, and your consent (including the date and time of opt-in).
- Consent is not a condition of purchase. Your agreement to receive marketing text messages is not required to buy any goods or services from us.
- Types of messages. Messages may include appointment reminders and confirmations, service and account notifications, replies to your inquiries (including automated chat or conversation replies), and marketing or promotional offers.
- Message frequency. Message frequency varies.
- Message and data rates. Message and data rates may apply.
- Opt out. You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP (or UNSUBSCRIBE, END, QUIT, or CANCEL) to any message you receive from us. After you opt out, we will stop sending you marketing and promotional text messages, and you will receive a confirmation that you have been unsubscribed.
- Get help. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at ken@sebringseo.com or 863-777-9213.
No sharing or selling of your mobile information. Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in / consent information are not sold, rented, or shared with any third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data is shared only with the subcontractors and service providers strictly needed to deliver the messaging service (for example, our messaging and CRM platform), under confidentiality, and never for their own or any third party's marketing. This no-sharing commitment applies specifically to your mobile phone number and your SMS/text-messaging opt-in and consent data, which we never share with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

You can manage or disable cookies through your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on available from Google. Disabling cookies may affect some features of the Site.

None of these sharing reasons include reselling or sharing your mobile opt-in or SMS consent data for marketing purposes.
Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, to provide our services, to maintain business records, and to comply with our legal obligations. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it. Retention periods are based on the nature of the information, the purpose for which it was collected, and applicable legal requirements.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we collect against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
